Eighth & Main will feature innovative design that is based on 38 years of commercial office experience and over 20 million square feet of office space developed. This project has been designed with 253,000 square feet of office and retail space accompanied by a comfortable 183 reserved private parking stalls, as well as being connected to the 396 stall Eastman garage on levels 2-5. Notable efficiencies include: True "Class A" entrance lobbies on the first five floors, and 5 high-speed traction elevators to properly serve the efficient floor plate designs with optimal bay depths that maximize usable square footage.
Other notable features include a second floor plaza space with an 8th Street balcony, as well as an onsite health club. The first two floors of retail are designed for business with upscale restaurants and gathering places. This LEED certified, environmentally conscious design is to be built with recycled and recyclable materials.
