Hill AFB

Hill Air Force Base Housing is a (PPP) Public Private Partnership. This cooperative effort provides government housing for military families on the air base itself.  Funding was secured with Bond Financing and a Government Direct Loan that funded the development over a 6 year period.  Approximately 250 military families have been able to occupy their homes because of this project.
