Cottonwoods

The Cottonwoods at Mountain Green is a 500-acre community in Mountain Green Utah. The master plan consists of 850 lots ranging in size from the more affordable ¼ acre sites, to the sprawling 10 acres options.  This development is the first large-scale rural master planned community in Northern Utah.  The plan features a beautiful subdivision, an elementary school, a church site, a trail system, a reservoir, lakes (that are great for waterskiing, fishing and canoeing), deep-water wells, secondary water, full utilities, parks and a golf course.
