One Utah Center

The One Utah Center is an office tower that has housed well-known tenants such as Rocky Mountain Power, Wells Fargo Advisors, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Parsons Behle & Latimer. With such prominent names, the structure has become the premier downtown office building in Salt Lake City. The exterior of this Class A, 24-story structure features flame-cut granite stone and glistening glass to complete its unique and iconic look. The foundation is raft slab, four feet thick, with reinforced steel. The roof is covered with steel copper colored sheets, with a bake-on finish.
