Business Depot Ogden

Business Depot Ogden is a former federal military installation that has been redeveloped into a sprawling business and industrial park in Northern Utah. This 1,118-acre, master planned site has over 6.5 million square feet of vibrant office and industrial space. Large, big box floor plans highlight the project, and several corporate tenants, such as Hershey, Lofthouse Foods, Rossignol Ski Company and O.C. Tanner, have been attracted to the large warehouse and office space. Since its transfer to the city in 1997, more than $55 million has been spent on infrastructure upgrades to roads, telecommunications, the electrical grid, parking, sewer and water, and the structures themselves.
